Meet 2018 Bake Off winner alumnus Rahul Mandal

Winner of The Great British Bake Off 2018, Rahul Mandal baked his way to glory with a series of spectacular creations on the popular TV show.

He has recently released a book, Showstopping Cakes, and he will be doing a book signing event on campus on 4 November 2022 from 3:30pm.

Guests are invited to meet Rahul, purchase a copy of his new book, and to watch a cake decorating demonstration!

Showstopping Cakes will be available to purchase at the event from retailer Waterstones. RRP is £26. Payment will be taken by card only.

The EHB Café will be open if you wish to purchase hot drinks throughout the afternoon.
